This workout is taking forever. My neck hurts. I could just stop. I don't like what I'm wearing. I can't stand these weights. I'm uncomfortable. I could just stop right now. Jesus, how long is this workout? I don't like this song. I don't like this particular exercise. I could just stop. - I could *also* finish what I started. I could push through the discomfort and distractions so that I can become stronger- physically and mentally.
